Shipping Policy

All handmade, original items will be shipped in 3-7 business days after ordering unless otherwise stated. Print on demand items typically ship in the same timeline, however due to Covid-19, processing times have become longer so if you have not received tracking information in the 7 day time period, please note that the order may take up to 30 days to ship as Fall But Once works with a manufacturer to complete these orders. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs as well as customs and import taxes that may apply.  Please read further to learn about the policy for handmade custom orders.
