Saturday Reset

Happy Saturday.

The energy today feels different — softer, slower, a little more honest. Like the universe finally took its foot off the gas pedal and said,

“Alright… let’s try this again.”

All week long things felt heavier than they needed to be.

Comments that missed the point, people projecting their own storms, unnecessary negativity showing up in places built for art, healing, and community. And honestly? It made me wonder how many people are running on empty without even realizing it.

But here we are — Saturday — a day that always feels like a reset button if you let it.

Today, I’m choosing:

✨Intention over reaction

🖌️Creation over comparison

💛Compassion over negativity

The world is loud, but our energy doesn’t have to be.

If you’re reading this, take a second and breathe.

Like actually breathe — unclench your jaw, soften your shoulders, and come back into your body for a moment. Sometimes that’s all it takes to shift everything.

What energy am I choosing to carry today?

And what am I finally ready to put down?
