Spirituality that Saved Me

I don’t talk about this part of myself often, but it feels important to share — especially as Fall But Once grows and more people find me through my readings.
Spirituality, for me, has never been loud.
It’s not dramatic or showy or tied to a big performance.
It’s quiet. Soft. Something that lives in the background of my life like a steady heartbeat.
For a long time, I didn’t even realize I was walking a spiritual path. I just knew that certain moments felt… guided. Certain colors felt like they were choosing me. Certain animals showed up at oddly perfect times. And certain people needed hope at the exact moment I had a little bit to spare.
When I started offering readings, it wasn’t about “doing tarot” in a big mystical way.
It was about connection.
It was about sitting with someone’s story for a moment and offering them something gentle — clarity, direction, or just the reminder that they matter.
What surprised me the most was how the readings helped me too.
There’s something healing about being trusted with someone’s vulnerability.
There’s something grounding about helping someone see themselves in a kinder light.
And there’s something powerful about feeling the energy shift — not just for them, but for both of us.
People think spirituality is about answers.
For me, it’s about presence.
When I do a reading, I’m fully there.
The world gets quiet.
My mind slows down.
And all I want is to bring through whatever message will help someone breathe a little easier.
It feels like opening a window in a stuffy room — suddenly there’s air again.
For them.
And honestly… for me too.
I’ve been through my own heaviness, my own doubts, my own seasons where I didn’t know what direction anything was heading.
Helping others find their light has a way of reminding me of my own.
That’s why I keep doing it.
That’s why it feels so natural.
That’s why it feels spiritual — because it’s a two-way exchange every single time.
So if you ever book a reading with me, just know:
You’re not interrupting my day.
You’re not “bothering me.”
You’re giving me the chance to do something that feels meaningful, grounding, and honestly… good for my soul.
Thanks for being here and for trusting me with your energy, your stories, and your hope.
